| 简介 | America Movil SAB de CV was incorporated under laws of Mexico on September 25, 2000. The Company along with its subsidiaries is engaged in providing telecommunications services in 25 countries throughout the United States, Latin America, Caribbean & Europe. The Company's telecommunications services include mobile and fixed voice services, mobile and fixed data services, internet access and paid TV, as well as other related services. The voice services provided by the Company, both mobile and fixed includes; airtime, local, domestic and international long-distance services, and network interconnection services. The data services provided by the Company include; value added, corporate networks, data and Internet services. The Paid TV represents basic services, as well as pay per view and additional programming and advertising services. The Related services include; equipment and computer sales and revenues from advertising in telephone directories, publishing and call center services. The Company has licenses, permits and concessions to build, install, operate and exploit public and/or private telecommunications networks and provide miscellaneous telecommunications services as well as to operate frequency bands in the radio-electric spectrum to be able to provide fixed wireless telephony and to operate frequency bands in the radio-electric spectrum for point-to-point and point-to-multipoint microwave links. The Company offers its customers new services and new packages that integrate multiple services. The Company operates in Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Ecuador, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, United States, Honduras, Chile, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and Panama. The Company's operations in Mexico are presented in two segments-Mexico Wireless including Telcel, and Mexico Fixed including Telmex and its subsidiaries providing fixed-line services. Telcel operates under its own brand and is engaged in providing wireless services in Mexico, based on the number of subscribers. Telmex operates under its own brand, providing fixed-line telephone services in Mexico, based on the number of subscribers. The Company's competitors includes; Iusacell S.A. de C.V., Nextel de México, S.A. de C.V., lestra S. de R.L. de C.V., Axtel S.A.B. de C.V., Maxcom Telecomunicaciones S.A.B. de C.V., Megacable Holdings S.A.B. de C.V., Cablevisión, S.A.B. de C.V. and Cablemás S.A. de C.V., UNE EPM Telecomunicaciones S.A.
